　　5、在質(zhì)保期內(nèi)我公司將派出專(zhuān)業(yè)工程技術(shù)人員為用戶(hù)解答濾袋及其配件在使用過(guò)程中的技術(shù)問(wèn)題。如有需要，我公司專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)人員將進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)指導(dǎo)、分析、解答。

　　6、用戶(hù)對(duì)我公司產(chǎn)品提出質(zhì)量異議時(shí)，公司保證接到客戶(hù)電話(huà)在24小時(shí)內(nèi)做出響應(yīng)；如需現(xiàn)場(chǎng)解決，保證派出專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)人員在72小時(shí)內(nèi)到達(dá)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)解決問(wèn)題。對(duì)每件用戶(hù)反饋的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問(wèn)題及處理結(jié)果我公司將予以存檔。
